Legal notice.

1. Intellectual and industrial property

The Website, including, for the sake of example but not limited to, its programming, editing, compilation and other necessary elements for its operation, designs, logos, text and/or graphics, are the property of the Owner or, in the case of having a license or express authorization from the authors. All the contents of the Website are properly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations and are registered in the corresponding public records.

Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialization, whether the transfer of their content is necessary or not, will in any case require the prior written authorization from the Owner. Any unauthorized use previously by the Owner shall be considered a serious breach of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the author.

Designs, logos, text and/or graphics that are not from the Owner and that may appear on the Website, belong to their respective owners, and they are responsible for any possible controversy that may arise from them. In any case, the Owner has the express and prior authorization from them.

2. Exclusion of warranties and liability

2.1. Availability and continuity of the Website's operation. 
The Owner does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the Website's operation. However, the Owner will carry out all necessary actions to try to guarantee the availability and continuity of the Website's operation.

2.2. Use of the Website 
The user agrees to use the Website and the contents included in it diligently, correctly and legally and, in particular, agrees not to use it to:

• Incur in illegal, unlawful or contrary to good faith and public order activities.
• Spread racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, terrorist apologetics or human rights violating contents or propaganda.
• Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Owner, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damages on the network.
• Attempt to access and, if applicable, use other users' email accounts and modify or manipulate their messages.

The Owner reserves the right to interrupt access to the Website, without prior notice, temporarily or permanently, and without this generating any right to compensation in favor of the user.

2.3. Modifications 
The Owner reserves the right to make, without prior notice, the modifications that it deems appropriate on its Website, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it as well as the way in which they appear or are located on its Website.

2.4. Links 
In case links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites were provided on the Website, the Owner will not exercise any type of control over such sites and contents. In no case will the Owner assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to another website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, breadth, veracity, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of said hyperlinks or other Internet sites.

2.5. Exclusion of warranties and liability for access to the Website. 
The Owner is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any kind that may be caused, by way of example: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

3. Governing law and jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and the Owner will be governed and interpreted in accordance with German law. Any controversy will be submitted to the courts of the city of Munich, the user waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to him/her.

In the event that any provision or provisions of this Legal Notice were considered illegal, null or for any reason inapplicable, such illegality, nullity or inapplicability will not affect the other provisions of this Legal Notice.
