The present legal notice regulates the access and use of the website www.pixelimperfect.ch (hereinafter, the "Website"), property of Pau Escofet Marías (hereinafter, the "Owner"). Access and use of the Website implies the unreserved acceptance of the general conditions contained in this Legal Notice.

- Incur in illegal, unlawful or contrary to good faith and public order activities.
- Spread racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, terrorist apologetics or human rights violating contents or propaganda.
- Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Owner, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damages on the network.
- Attempt to access and, if applicable, use other users' email accounts and modify or manipulate their messages.
The Owner reserves the right to interrupt access to the Website, without prior notice, temporarily or permanently, and without this generating any right to compensation in favor of the user.
The Owner reserves the right to make, without prior notice, the modifications that it deems appropriate on its Website, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it as well as the way in which they appear or are located on its Website.
In case links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites were provided on the Website, the Owner will not exercise any type of control over such sites and contents. 3. Governing law and jurisdiction
The relationship between the user and the Owner will be governed and interpreted in accordance with German law. Any controversy will be submitted to the courts of the city of Munich, the user waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to him/her.
In the event that any provision or provisions of this Legal Notice were considered illegal, null or for any reason inapplicable, such illegality, nullity or inapplicability will not affect the other provisions of this Legal Notice.
